District 11 is renovating Palmer High School and the plan affects Middle Shooks Run. Phase 1 is currently underway and Phase 2 is in application status.
The project DEPN-25-0087 requests a ZONE change from Residential (R1-6, R-5) to Form-Based Code Transition (FBZ-T2A) and thus is a a Form-Based Code Zone Development Plan for the first phase of the Palmer High School Renovation Project.
The plan illustrates construction of a new eastern wing along N. Weber St., courtyard and public frontage improvements, and the creation of a pedestrian plaza in the vacated E. Boulder St. right-of-way.
