That’s the whole point. Summer Fest is how neighbors meet neighbors. Walk in alone and you’ll leave knowing names and faces — probably including the folks two doors down you’ve been waving at all year. Come as you are. No one’s a stranger by 3:00.
Here is what the afternoon looks like
🎸 Live music all afternoon
Red Rocks Rebellion plays four sets — with games, giveaways, and prizes between them.
🍴 Food
Susanna’s Comfort Cuisine food truck serving all day.
🚒 For the kids
A Colorado Springs Fire Department fire truck to climb on (calls permitting), plus old-school games — hopscotch, jacks, jump rope, hula hoops, and giant Jenga. Bring your own park games too.
🛍 Local booths & makers
Handmade goods, plants, books, and neighborhood organizations — meet the people and businesses that make this place ours.

11:00 am — Kick-off and the 1st set
11:45 am – Intermission – Giant Jenga and prizes
12:15 pm – Band 2nd set
1:00 pm – Intermission – Paper Plane Toss and prizes
1:15 pm – Band 3rd set
2:00 pm – Intermission – TBD
2:15 pm – Band 4th set
3:00 pm — Party’s over, dude
11am-1pm – CSFD Fire Truck
12am-1pm – Mosaic Installation (MSRNA Tent)

The Practical Stuff
– It’s free. No ticket needed — just come.
– Where: North Shooks Run Park (map below)
– Walk or bike if you can; it’s the easiest way in.
– Bring: A camp chair or a blanket. The music’s better from a comfy spot.
